Kinky Housemate needed for the Isle of Dogs

I’ve just sorted out a three bedroom place in Zone Two, Isle of Dogs. The move in date is 7th September, but unfortunately one housemate has just had to drop out for financial reasons- so there’s is now a double bedroom with excellent views (of the O2, or inward views across the Isle) available for only £335.56/month before bills. After council tax, water, electric, gas and internet, should be approximately £425/month.

The kitchen is small but serviceable, with a large fridge, chest freezer, and gas oven with full safety certificate. The large windows are all double glazed, offering great warmth and excellent natural light for any artists, as well as helping cut down on bills. There are balconies to the front and back, so that smokers can have a sheltered smoke instad of standing outside the front door, and the balcony off the living room and back bedrooms is large enough to take a chair out onto if you’d like to just sit and watch the world go by. The place is partially furnished, with sofas, beds, wardrobes, and some shelving provided. It’s totally fine to bring your own stuff, but replacing the beds or sofas with your own may not be possible- I’ll ask if you need me to.

My housemate and I are both quite kinky, so we’d like a housemate who isn’t bothered by occasionally seeing a flogger or rope on the sofa. We like goth music, and we’re a bit geeky- definite gaming and comic book fans, and if you want to bring a large collection of books you’re very welcome to.

Because of the urgency of this, since we need a third housemate on the tenancy, please message me or get in contact immediately- I’ll get photos from the other housemate and the estate agent so that you can have a look at the place. I’ll email you the necessary forms so that we can get everything sorted out as soon as possible.

SUMMARY: Double bedroom for approx £425/month including bills, Zone Two, great views of the O2, short distance from Greenwich, near the DLR and bus routes, ASDA five minutes from front door, excellent securitymeasures, smoking balconies available, you are needed immediately.

(London Borough of Bromley) The building in question is of local historical significance, designed and constructed in 1867 by architect Norman Richard Shaw and former home of author Dinah Craik. Situated nearby is the former blue plaqued home of Enid Blyton. The home/third room offered is part of 8 separate residences of what was once a very large country farmhouse/estate which also includes a very large maintained garden with lawn, trees and even a small pond! We would prefer a female otherwise we are open to all applicants. Transport facilities are very good; we are in Zone 4,with Shortlands rail station just 10 minutes walk away and up to 4 trains an hour to Victoria/Blackfriars, the journey time just approx 25 minutes and also for all you night creatures a direct night bus (N3) from Oxford Circus to virtually outside our door!
Bromley Town Centre is nearby, well linked by buses (or 25 mins walk), a large shopping mall (the Glades), Churchill Theatre and an Ann Summers shop too!
Rent is £600 pcm shared 3 ways and Council tax £104.20 pcm shared 3 ways.
