All of our cake is handmade, if not handmade by us (couldn’t quite squeeze the oven in that little space of ours!). Instead, we call our Mistress Cake Maker and have our cakes handmade to order for us.

The one cake I always adore, and often crave, is coffee flavoured. Preferably with walnuts and coffee frosting. But on the days when you’ve had any kind of coffee cake in it always goes so quickly I never get a slice! :down:

Trouble is that when you find one you like (banana + walnut), you can’t resist it and never get to try any others!!!
