Geof is a gullible fool who seems to believe that drawing is a constructive use of his time. Whilst many sane people might disagree, he knows few enough of these for this to be any kind of hindrance.
For some reason Geof currently lives in Leeds.

As such, buying his art will deprive him of much needed kindling for the approaching winter, but he¢s willing to face that problem as and when it arises. Truth be told, Geof studied physics in London and York and is currently employed as a research scientist, but that¢s an entirely different biography.

Limited edition Giclee prints and comics are available at CCK, together with stickers and mugs.

with issue 7 out from the printers (and until i get it out to comic shops and that CCK is the only regular retailer currently vending it) it’s time to turn my attention to the june exhibition “i can’t believe it’s not extreme pornography”. Here’s a terrible question, launch night or no launch night? can’t rightly decide as yet so if you have an opinion my shell-likes are open.

Great bio…made me giggle. I hope the art is as good - I’ll look out for it.

The CJB is a cartoonist’s dream: untidy, contradictory legislation seemingly written by someone with less of a grasp of legislation than most of the rest of the populace. It’s comedy genius, i mean, did you see that section in the first draft that said “blah blah and also disgusting or of an obscene character”. Disgusting to whom? which character?  My friend finds porridge disgusting and one could argue that andy capp is an obscene character. Fortunately the Lords got at least that section changed.

I’ll repost it around a bit to see if i can drum up interest but i won’t be able to make it down from leeds for tomorrow afternoon - if anyone can do me the courtesy of burning fetishman in my stead i shall gladly shower them with issues of fetishman in excess of those burnt.

However, I don’t share is obsession with Nuns, or talking about myself in the 3rd person… ;-)

This June, Geof Banyard will be promoting his latest exhibition at Coffee, Cake and Kink, Covent Garden .

Entitled “I can’t believe it’s not extreme pornography”, this latest exhibition from the CCK artist in residence is directed towards the extreme pornography legislation and consists of cartoons and graphic art in Geof’s unusual and quirky style.

Situated in the Lounge at CCK the exhibition runs through to July 5th.

“Look at me talking when there is science to do” You have made me feel less guilty about procrastinating – I should, too, be concentrating on my biochemistry studies instead, I would rather eat cake, drink tea and indulge in the kind of kink on offer at CCK. I loved every one of the drawings. Not only extremely pleasing to the eye, (simplistic yet effective) but funny too. Very original. Please keep up the good work so we can see more in these portfolios.
